Phono Stage with XLR outs

Taking another stab at vinyl after about a year break. Not going too fancy but would like a phono stage with both RCA and XLR outputs. My amp, Boulder 866, only accepts XLR. I do have a set of Cardas adapters but thinking to do it right.
Budget - under $1500 used or new.
Table - Clearaudio Concept with Hana ML moving coil cartridge.
Not trying to compete with my Meitner MA3i digital front end. Just looking for good natural presentation.
Contenders - Pro-Ject DS3 B, Black Ice Audio Fusion, McIntosh MP100

Any other candidates that I should consider?

@cooperdude6 I looked at Schiit Skoll. My concern is it’s a glorified Mani with balanced outs. And I owned Mani. It was just not good. So I’ll have to skip that schiit.

@lewm yes the Fusion 9 Mk3 is nothing super fancy. It should be quiet, resolving and have a hint of tube magic (hopefully). I don’t know man…I’m torn between a few phonos. I have time to decide. Got that cool little KC Vibe Mk2 that should hold me over for a few weeks.

@mitterboeck I was looking at GCPH the last time I had a turntable. It seems to be a good unit but I’m curious to try tubes.

Many moons ago I had the original JC3 which was just OK then moved to the JC3+ which still was not my cup of tea. It was noisy and didn't like it's tonality. YMMV

@audiophile1 I would get the McIntosh if it does not exceed your price limit. The MP100 is a wonderful unit giving the decent airy and timeless tube sound that made the company famous for.
