E-bay went from the best warenty to the worst


I always like shopping ebay because you never had to worry about broken parts , missing parts................Not anymore, they joined the never pay group, make systems that don't help bad deals, loose something and you have lost your money..............I have 4 de4als like that going on right now and they tell you to wait 10 days, 13 days....NEVER FIX ANYTHING...................be careful when you buy on E-bay anymore, they won't do anything

autospec and rwwtooley. If you have a problem with an eBay purchase first contact the seller and most times they will be cooperative because the last thing they want is negative feedback. Rarely if that doesn' resolve the problem , call eBay on the phone @ (866) 540-3229 if they don't pick up you leave a message requesting a return call and usually they call back within 5=30 minutes. Explain what happened and they will contact the seller. The seller knows if they do not resolve the issue they may be kicked off the site and that's the last thing they want. Being polite helps too , eBay is one your side. Their money back guaranteed is you get what you're promised or money back.

This guy would eat negative feed-back for lunch, he lied, he stole, and just about anything and even got around e-bay for a while......Sold the item twice and got the money.............It took ebay two weeks to get it figured out...................And he;s still on ebay as good as he ever was..........Ebay dropped the ball and did nothing to fix it, but tell me they are sorry..............
