Good luck. During the recent Qobuz/Roon seventeen day playlist disappearance I emailed Qobuz two times and never got an answer. Roon however had very good support (as always).

Does anyone know how to communicate with QOBUZ? I followed the directions on the website by clicking the chat icon in the lower-right of the page. It shows a chat window and what seems to be a few live agents. There are a few icons at the top with their headshots but no one ever responds. Somewhere on the website I read that someone would email me within 4 days. It has been about 10-12 since I started requesting support and nothing. Do they have a direct email?
