QOBUZ Support

Does anyone know how to communicate with QOBUZ?  I followed the directions on the website by clicking the chat icon in the lower-right of the page.  It shows a chat window and what seems to be a few live agents.  There are a few icons at the top with their headshots but no one ever responds.  Somewhere on the website I read that someone would email me within 4 days.  It has been about 10-12 since I started requesting support and nothing.  Do they have a direct email?

After six years I am about to quit. Qobuz often stops functioning in my car for no apparent reason. Everything looks fine until I pick an album using the "Discover" function since Apple Car Play and/or my Honda Ridgeline will not allow me to enter a specific album or artist while the vehicle in in Drive. So I will see an album in "Discover" but when I hit play it just hangs with no music.

But more to the point, getting a human to respond is impossible. Let them rot. I can do better elsewhere.

Sounds like your car, not Qobuz. I use Qobuz on my streamers, MacBook, phone, MacStudio and it works flawlessly.

Will also point out that the AWS cloud, which supplies internet services to an endless number of corporate online operations, recently had some big problems that screwed things up for a lot of companies. I know my DNS service was very laggy and has only started working as promptly as it should in the last few days.  Don't know when the OP's problem started but there is a possible connection there.  If so, things should be getting better by now.

My favorite was Eight Sleep Pod beds went nuts doing during the AWS outage. Heat went to max some closing up into a chair position while people were sleeping on them, some of them went up and down now that's funny I guess unless you have one.
