Chair

I’ve been thoroughly bitten by the couch. My listening chair that is.
I’m forced to cut my listening sessions short due to lower back pain (chronic, result of an old injury). Looking to get something that would be comfortable enough to not aggravate the nerve in my tukhes and align properly with my speakers in a sweet spot.
Eames replica in leather? Ikea Poang? Anything else? What do you use?

I bought a MAC Motion leather recliner from their "Oslo Collection." I seem to recall they were 20 - 40% less than the Stressless recliners and I find it better looking and more comfortable. A proverbial win - win - win situation.

A friend of mine works at a factory that makes the foam that is used in car seats for most of the major automobile manufacturers. He is adamant that the quality of the foam used is what separates a good car seat (or piece of furniture) from a mediocre or bad one.

Update…

I couldn’t pass up on a pretty good sale during prime deal day. Got the Eames replica. Just assembled it and so far feels pretty good! No back pain, soundstage is more spacious - I think I’m aligned better with tweeters now. Hopefully it holds well and serves me for few years.

The chair looks amazing…just as snazzy as your Wilson’s and rest of the system :-)
