Eversolo A10 died - Questions

My Eversolo A10 just died on me. There is no power at all. The fuse looks good but maybe I will replace it anyways. It saids 250V. Does anyone know what amp the fuse needs to be?

Also, I bought it used. Does anyone know how I can get it serviced if it is not under warrantey with Eversolo? Any one have any experience on this? It's the Chinese new year so support is off for a few days :(

Audphile1.   That thing has been in both of my systems.  Different cables, DACs.  I brought my gear down and put it in his sysyem too to make sure it wasn't the MA8950.

I was doubly redundant.   His A6 has been in my 2 systems 5 or 6 times.  I troubleshoot daily in my line of work.   I am extremely careful when trying to diagnose an issue.

Two different environments. Different ether and wifi.   I tried to cover all bases before asking them for help.  They just don't understand that poor support doesn't make for repeat customers.  They'll learn this  as they burn other customers .

I was thinking about buying the Luxsin X9 dac/amp but it is, if not the same,  a company  linked to Eversolo.

The investment will be huge for me...

This experience by a customer  made me thinkcool again ....

After the T shirt offer I told them replace the unit or I will warn any and all potential customers on every forum and social media platform to stay away from Eversolo as they do not honor their warranty.   A smart company would have never let it get to this level of anger.

These companies are greedy and short sighted. They would rather take the risk with you posting this on every forum than lose a few dollars and send you a replacement unit. Hope I’m wrong.
I had Auralic and Lumin streamers. Auralic was buggy. It looks like they’re bailing out now. Lumin is solid so far as a company and they have been around a bit. Reliable streamers - you don’t read about issues with Lumin.
I considered Denafrips when I was looking to upgrade a DAC but it didn’t make sense to me. I don’t believe the hype and the idea of sending a unit for repairs back to China doesn’t appeal to me. I just don’t have the time and the budget to futz around with this type of crap. Sorry it happened to you. It’s a painful lesson to learn.

I recently watched a YouTube video about Eversolo and other Chinese HiFi companies.  It appears Eversolo is very serious about audio and has invested quite a bit in plant and personal. Very surprising and shameful they would let it get this far.
