Eversolo A10 died - Questions

My Eversolo A10 just died on me. There is no power at all. The fuse looks good but maybe I will replace it anyways. It saids 250V. Does anyone know what amp the fuse needs to be?

Also, I bought it used. Does anyone know how I can get it serviced if it is not under warrantey with Eversolo? Any one have any experience on this? It's the Chinese new year so support is off for a few days :(

I was assembling my second system (bedroom) and stayed away from Chinese products in general because of the potential service issues, but also because I want to contribute as little as possible to their ongoing military buildup via Chinese domestic taxes.  I ended up with an excellent Rega Brio integrated amplifier (made in England), Paradigm Premiere 200B speakers (made in Canada, purchased on sale), my Schiit Bifrost 2 DAC (made in USA and replaced in my main system by the Gungnir 2), and Morrow cabling (also made in the USA).  Only my streamer, a Wimm Pro Plus, is made in China, and it was fairly inexpensive.  Of note, there are three DACs in this system; at some point I will compare all three, but I think the Bifrost will remain the one in operation in this system.  I am quite pleased with the WiiM Pro Plus and ordered one for my office system—my Mac Mini M4Pro feeding my 1990s speakers via a modest integrated amp from about 2005–at a reduced price on Amazon’s Prime sale day.  I figured the WiiM streamers are low enough in cost to be disposable if I have difficulty getting them repaired if they fail.

Someone from Eversolo reached out to me after I commented on their Instagram page , but it's the same run around

They only way they can make things right is to swap the A6 Master but I don't think they will.  Waiting for a response.

Truly is and has been terrible support.  I don't even want to patronize any dealer who pushes them, saying they're great .  I feel like I'm being lied to.  I feel like if you are representing Eversolo you are not being straight with me as a customer.

In their email to me they flat out lied me. I  believe  the XMOS chip in version one can not handle the FW after 1.2.50 and that's why it no longer recognized DAC.  I mentioned this and said I thought the Gen 2 uses a new XMOS chip?   She said no, only power supply. This 100% contradicts everything in their product announcement.  They are using every excuse not to honor their warranty.

I also told them to do the right thing , not honoring your warranty because you don't have a fix is not how to handle a situation.  With all of the free units they've given in exchange for a review it's not a big ask.
