I’ve heard many different iteration of Western Electric 124 amps that sound very good. Deja Vu uses very good vintage output transformers in these amps—Chicago’s, Acrosounds, 1940’s Hammonds, Peerless, and for the very best builds, original Western Electric 171C transformers. These amps are hard to beat if you have high efficiency dpeakers.
Expensive Tube Amplifiers
I see many $4K to over $8K amps on eBay. Who would pay this a of money. A few years ago these amps were 25% of the current cost. I can buy a 'right' vintage amp and rebuild it and likely get same quality sound at these expensive amps for about $500 including parts. The 'right' amp is with quality and larger audio transformers.

@tutonunez The Link could prove to be the discovery that puts all your requirements in order. https://forum.audiogon.com/discussions/clone-dartzeel-amps I have shared in a very similar experience with a particular SS Design of Power Amp, and have the design currently on loan in my system. A friend who has a long time experience of using that same SS Power Amp design. Has over past year created their own version of a SS Design that they are very keen for myself to listen to. This new encounter will be ready for me in late October. This same New Design was recently debuted at an Audio Show and had as result been exposed to a very well received response where orders have now been taken.
