I recently asked Google's AI to identify a deck in a photo; I was wanting to see if a photo of a guitar on that deck had been lifted from another listing for the same guitar. It couldn't identify/recognize the deck, and it incorrectly identified the guitar as a reissue when it was a somewhat similar-looking vintage guitar that had been refinished.
Any guitar aficionado with good visual memory would not have made the same mistake as AI. So AI may be good with more left-brain, rational questions, but maybe not as advanced in sensory discrimination. It would be worthless in describing the difference in sound of two cartridges unless it had incorporated previous reviews of them.
