In case anyone is interested, Decibel Audio in Chicago has listed a pair of CS6 on Audiogon.  They are asking $2199 plus shipping.

@tomthiel , Diagonal setup is not an option for me. I'm guessing that the general distance of rear firing speakers includes distance to wall plus reflection from wall to main speakers. I can pull the main speakers forward enough to have 8' from listener which would put rear firing speakers (from tweeter) 3' from the front wall ( as seen from listening postion). I suspect this would be the minimum to work properly. Though this doesn't account for boundry reinforcement lift.

Distance is far tweeter to wall and back to near tweeter. 3’ from far tweets to wall is in range. Also rear wall treatment might be in order. Boundary reinforcement is often desired with Thiel’s bass tuning.

Are these 3.5s? If so, you have the tuning option of X, 40Hz or 20hz boost.

8’ distance was the minimum integration distance. It works fine, but ear-height /tilt becomes more critical when that close.
