You are claiming that it’s no better than a search engine. 

I - and colleagues who write - absolutely disagree. It’s hugely superior. I won’t spend the time here explaining why: it’s an audio forum and you for whatever reason are just not interested. 

Bitcoin, however, that’s another animal. Don’t get me started with that.

IBM did not invent the PC. Ironically, you may ask AI that. There were a few computing devices that preceded IBM that were considered "Personal Computers".

Just saying.

Also, IBM didn't develop the OS on the IBM PC, it was purchased.

I have been starting to use ai to do 3/4 of my research (always ask it to provide the sources that it is using for its reply so that you can confirm that it didn’t “just make something up” [this I have found to be really taking two disparate sources and inferring a weird conclusion]) and to take my writing and make suggestions on what to add or just to polish it up grammatically.

I have quickly found that asking the correct question in a forensically surgical manner is critical. 

We need to pay attention to what is coming.
