Been doing business with the TMR for years top notch organization never had any issues. They do not OVER Rate the condition of the gear. They are also very honest about equipment they sell. My brother wanted to buy a phono amp, the tech suggested that a lower priced model than the one my brother wanted to buy would would work better in his system and would be simpler to set up. I think re-sellers have ruined our hobby... 

I think they are trying t corner the used cable market ... as we speak... or type.

Have you noticed ?  Are they employing buyers? Used cables snatched up then sold at 75% of new or higher at their online stores... are they losing money just to corner the market?

Since the days of Radio Shack and Tech Hifi (I worked for both), accessories like wires have always been the big mark-up, big profit makers for electronics stores.  The only thing new is how expensive some are new and how much associated profit.  It's hard to make money selling electronics alone.  Speakers have also typically enjoyed high retail profit margins than electronics but wires have always been pretty much pure profit.  

Thing is nobody needs to buy wires without the components they connect.  Future fi all-in-1 products like KEF ls60 speakers mostly do away with the need for any separate wires or accessories which is a benefit for buyers but not so much for sellers.
