Coda vs Parasound

Anyone possibly have experience with the Coda #8 vs the Parasound JC5 ? Any thoughts appreciated. Possibly considering one of these 2 to replace my current amp which is fine but growing old,....

I've went from the JC5 to #16. Long story short, everything is improved and it's things you don't notice until you do. All frequencies have more extension, sound stage is wide, bass is more pronounced and tighter, less grain, highs and mids more pure and defined.

Parasound makes great stuff but the Coda is what I prefer. It's also much more expensive so I'm glad it's preferred to me.

Appreciate all you folks that have taken the time to respond. Keep em coming !

Audiotroy,  FYI, your website lists you as a Parasound dealer with no mention of Coda....

@audiotroy - Why are there zero reviews on Coda anywhere (except from the same guy at Stereotimes who appears to work for Coda based on his gushing reviews of it)- seriously- if it's that great (any maybe it is btw) there should be reviews in the mainstream publications. And I don't buy the "we don't need our product reviewed" story that Coda is happy to offer. If the amps are that kick ass there should be reviews all over- instead there are none. I'd be interested in the amp myself but with no reviews...not so much. You must want there to be reviews out in the market too, it would only make it easier for you as a dealer.

@speedthrills I hear what you’re saying but reviews come at a steep cost nowadays. Maybe Coda already has enough customers where they don’t feel the need. Perhaps that’s why they can offer more for less? Just sayin’
