Not so much jazz...though I do love Pete Fountain's " A Closer Walk With Thee"

My choice is sorta religious. "Mercy" Mary Gauthier.

Also the best fuzz guitar lick of all time. Apparently that fuzz exists only on that recording. People can't replicate it, and many have tired. So far not one single person has managed to do it.
