@guyboisvert This whole thread is reminding me of the current political climate in the US. Half the population seems to have zero interest in expert opinions (engineers), facts, or science, and only want to hear what they already believe echo’d back at them. Network wise, I’d put my TP-Link Archer AC750 flashed with DD-WRT up against anybodies $5k router with complete confidence in the outcome. |

Take you meds and calm down. Are you just another ASR groupie with a chip on his shoulder? Sounds like I caught you with your pants down, looking foolish for not correctly understanding my intentions so you're off on a tangent with the insults and what you've learned as what, an installer? If you truly don't believe that noise can't have an effect, are you satisfied with your HDTV streaming over cables, connectors, routers, etc? Is all that gear up to snuff? I've yet to see any video transmission that isn't flawed in one way or another. If that's good enough for you, that tells me all I need to know about your standards and tastes.
