Any opinions of "Face Value" and "No Jacket Required" remastered cds vs the original 80s cds?

Worth buying again?

My first choice is to find the original CD or LP pressed in Germany. Regarding Japanese remasters, I think there is a deal made for licensing and distribution.

The only thing that guy wants is the best of the best. Wether its original or re-master its the best! Same with Simple minds live in the city of lights. It sounds phenomenal on KT88 powered tube amps.

If you have a Columbia Record Club pressing of No Jacket Required replace it with an Original Pressing and be prepared to be blown away. Like night and day,just listen to the horns on Suisido.
