Listen I wasn’t trying to disparage either speaker mentioned by the original poster. The comment was really tongue in cheek for the most part. Both brands are fine from the models I’ve listened to but not enough for me to purchase either. I owned Vandy 2ci’s a few years ago. Great speakers, I didn’t want to part with them but found something else that better suited my ears. I recently acquired ProAc DT-8’s and enjoy them more than most of the speakers I’ve owned over the years and I listen to pretty much every genre of music except rap. They play Pink Floyd and Liszt with equal enthusiasm but I get it ProAc’s aren’t everyone’s cup of tea and that’s OK !! Well, fella ’s I hope we are all still friends.
