Do you have the tubes and wires? Is the vaccuum attached underneath the TT? Is it connected to the vaccuum unit.

Is there a leak in the vaccuum hose?

Are the wires connected to the electronic flywheel?

If all these are good contact http://www.sotaturntables.com and check with Kirk.

spoke with sota and i am missing the junction box( goes between the table and the flywheel.
