Replacement integrated amp

My Musical Fidelity A5 is dead. I am looking for some advice on what I can replace it with. Budget has taken a big hit looking at 1000.00 to 1500.00, used equipment. I now I could pick up another used MF in my budget range but I thought I would look at other alternatives. I have a MH cdp, MH TT, Energy Veritas V2.3I speakers. I was looking for something with speed, dynamics and the slam I need for my musical taste and good fit with the rest of my system.
The Ayre is the best solidstate integrated I've ever heard.
Highly recommended.
At that price, you can't go wrong with a Krell 300i or Plinius 8150.
Musicrover, what happened to the MF A5? I thought MF gear was built to last?
At one time I had a MF a308 integrated. I thought about an a5, and after listening to it at a dealer I liked the a308 better. I then went to a Plinius 8200 mkII. To my ears the Plinius is better; greater detail, imaging, and smoothe.
If you are patient you should find one in your price range.
Good news! My unit was still under warranty (2 months left), Wheeewww...She is back and up and running. The left channel had a blowout. Not sure how that happens.
