Replacement integrated amp

My Musical Fidelity A5 is dead. I am looking for some advice on what I can replace it with. Budget has taken a big hit looking at 1000.00 to 1500.00, used equipment. I now I could pick up another used MF in my budget range but I thought I would look at other alternatives. I have a MH cdp, MH TT, Energy Veritas V2.3I speakers. I was looking for something with speed, dynamics and the slam I need for my musical taste and good fit with the rest of my system.

At one time I had a MF a308 integrated. I thought about an a5, and after listening to it at a dealer I liked the a308 better. I then went to a Plinius 8200 mkII. To my ears the Plinius is better; greater detail, imaging, and smoothe.
If you are patient you should find one in your price range.
