Remote Controlling PC with Palm

Do you know of any software for Palm OS that would allow me to visualize and control wirelessly (bluetooth or 802.11b) iTunes in my PC?

My system:

Toshiba laptop with 802.11b
Palm TX with bluetooth and 802.11b wifi
Wavelength Audio Brick USB DAC
Audio Aero Prima Integrated Amp
Triangle Celius
