If you're willing to drive to Sarasota, I know who has one. VAC moved there a few years ago. I know they sell tubes and have a tube tester, but I don't know if they will let you test tubes that you didn't get from them. You would have to ask. Unless there's bad traffic, the drive from Tampa should be well under an hour.
You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. By the looks of it, none of you have an audio system that is anywhere near perfect, or even close to being state of the art. Yet everyone seems to be perfectly happy talking about climate change. If you haven't noticed, the climate changes all the time. Its a mixed bag. Sometimes its hot, sometimes its cold, dry, wet,... and every other possible combination. If you're not happy with the climate, who knows? Maybe tomorrow will be a nice sunny day. But unless you do something with your audio systems, you may have less than optimal sound for the rest of your life. All I'm saying here, is maybe we should get our priorities straight. You can be selfish and kick the can down the road, or you can be responsible and not leave your kids and grandchildren a sonic disaster that will cost a fortune to clean up.
