Eversolo DMP-A6: Anyone streaming Qobuz directly in from internet, no computer?

I just read Sterophile’s review on the new DMP-A6 Master Edition Gen2 streaming D/A processor, and the reviewer says Qobuz comes pre-installed on the steamer, you just need to sign in to use it.

My issue is that I don’t want to play music files stored on my computer: I just want to stream Qobuz over the internet directly to my stereo, using the DMP-A6 as my music source. I have a vinyl collection, I have an excellent SACD player, and I don’t want to take on setting up and storing hi-res audio files on my computer or a separate server, my life’s complicated enough already. 

Has anyone here tried streaming Qobuz directly into an Eversolo streamer, then out to their amplifier? Or heard of someone else doing it? If I can get it to work for me and improve the sound quality, $1,395.00 is a pretty reasonable price of entry.

Obviously you have a Qobuz subscription, so you just login to the service on whatever streamer you buy.

The "issue" with Qobuz relates to a handful of Hi-Res+ files that were corrupted during a data migration. They are fixing the issue. The sky is not falling.

If I were you, I’d get the DMP and the $1,300 Blue Sound NODE ICON from Amazon and keep the one you like best.

I just compared the ICON as a standalone streamer/DAC with a BlueSound NODE N130 with an upgraded linear power supply connected to a Black Ice Tube DAC with NOS Mullard tubes, and it was super close. I was pleasantly surprised. You’ll get better support from BlueSound.

If you happen to have an SXM Radio account for your car, you can listen to it via the ICON as well.

I stream for 2 years with a DMP 8. No problem with the hardware, I love the sound, I had a Bluesound, the DMP is better. I con ect directly to Benchmark DAC3L and the DAC to Benchmark AHB2 ampli. Choose the simplest way, the better. Do not listen to Eversolo-deniers, the gear is good.

@aspertnt Great. But your set up is $4K new not $1,300 and a significant contribution of the SQ you enjoy is from an external DAC. 

So those dual AKMs didn't cut the mustard?

@aspertnt- where are you getting $4K?

I used the Eversolo DMP A6 directly - At some point I added a separate DAC and really enjoyed the difference.  (Denafrips Pontus 15th).
