Steppenwolf

Someone recently said, "I think it's time we gave Steppenwolf a second listen."

So I am. I bought "Magic Carpet Ride, The Dunhill/ABC Years 1967-1971"

I like it so much that when I was wondering what was in the CDP this morning I thought,

"That's not Steppenwolf! This is BS!"

Does anyone else feel the same?

"Born To Be Wild" hit #2 8/68. Some could claim Cream/ The Kinks/Jimi Hendrix Experience/Three Dog Night/Blue Cheer or even Paul Revere & The Raiders. IMO Steppenwolf has all the check marks of an "Arena Rock" band. Always a pleasure to read comments from another serious music lover!
