I buy 10 cables from a company that has helped transform my sound. The 11th one is going to be snake oil? This just does not compute in my head. Why a company who would put all their money in research and development in all their cables would then come up with a cable that does absolutely nothing that a super cheap cable does. What would happen if I purchased that one first? Would I then go oh well the rest of the line is worthless. There is a lot of things in life that sound good on paper but, put into practice…
What I can't wrap my head around is why cable manufacturing companies do not or will not subject themselves to statistically relevant testing protocols. They come up with all of this fancy wording on how advanced their cabling products are, but they fail on giving them testing rigors. Not one company has published results concluding that their cables sound better than a competitor's product. Wonder why this is??
