Thanks for your input, but I find that VAS doesn't know about the pulley, and there's no way I know of to contact anyone at VPI ............They are the biggest joke in the industry.....14 pages of bad information, no phone numbers that work, all there stupid codes to get into them don't work, if it wasn't for there dealer network they couldn't sell a "Ice Cream Cone"..........Where are the good old days of HI-FI, when Harry would answer the phone and send your parts......Now when you ever get Harry he's in a bad mood and can't help .........A great turntable and zero service, I can even get Garrard on the phone and order parts..............W

Seems unwise to dump on the maybe the only source for that part. Also, Harry’s son Mat Weisfeld has been the President and head of VPI Industries since June 2013, so it’s strange your still griping about Harry (RIP) Per AI: Contact VPI Industries (turntables and audio equipment) by phone at (732) 583-6895 or by emailing [email protected]. |
First I didn't know Harry had passed, may he rest in piece.........It show's how long it has been............I remember dealing with him and his wife and it was a lot simpler then......Times have changed ?? When I call that number , the message says " shipping is unavailable" That's been my take on VPI forever, you can't get them on the phone, and I have 7 VPI turntables. I will make my own pulley, I have the equipment to make one...............Thanks for you help..........W |
