While in high school I began going to the free concerts at an auditorium at Ohio State University during winter and early spring. Saw the Eagles at the end of their tour for their first album. 2 or 3 months later they arrived at the same venue and played all of Desperado. Mostly acoustic instruments. Not only. Sound system there was always very good, and after all the many concerts I have attended, that's the one I'd pick. |

@parkergetdean -One of the great things about this web board is the opportunity to respond both in-kind, and the expand on the original intentions of the person who started the thread. When I responded to Tom Carr's question, I recognized I could not choose one "best concert." Looking through the thread, I noticed you haven't answered, "the question."
