LUMIN, it has never let me down (which is already very good), but every time I ask about technical aspects and improvements, they always respond and are never slow.

Audio Technica (shame on Shure for stopping making cartridges)

They have retained their body shape over a Loooonnnngggg time, so current production replaceable stylus are available to fit discontinued models

I can buy a new Boron/MicroLine Stylus for my AT160ML made in the 80’s, or a SLC special line contact if willing to part with more money.

Also, their Moving Coil Trade In Program

"Therefore, Audio-Technica offers a comprehensive trade-in program for its customers with moving coil cartridges with worn out styli. Please contact us for more details."

After several years, I sent my AT33PTG/II in, they sold me a new one for just under 50% of new.

Lampizator North America- Fred and Robert are always very helpful

Decware- You can always get a hold of Steve to talk your situation.

McIntosh technical support has deteriorated quite a bit over the past couple years because they lost some really good employees who actually understood the tube amplifiers.

If you have a question about your tube amplifier you’ll call up McIntosh and then someone will get on the phone referring to the literature because he has no knowledge of the actual amplifier it’s really really disappointing. Maybe tech-support is being farmed out to a third-party service at this point. Basically a call center

... Basically a call center ...

That's quite a claim.
