Manufacturers with great customer service

SVS.  Great customer service before, during and after the sale.  You can call and talk to a real live knowledgeable person.  I’ve had a positive customer service experience with Arendal too.  

Sota was great to deal with direct.   No problems,  I contacted them about an upgrade to my existing Sota.      It made more sense to trade up.  They made it super easy to get into a better table .   Good people over at Sota.

Roasting your own imported beans, I am impressed.

Lazy, and Wimpy, I had so much more discipline when younger, now age 77.

Not to mention Worn Out, I've had 30 surgeries, lived with pain and pains since age 30, just joined a GYM (1st time I've been in one since graduating college in 1970). I hope I follow thru.
