What blues are you listening to today?

Blues is by far my favorite and most listened to genre. I don't know how many of us are in here, but I thought a continuing thread of this kind might be of interest.

I'm listening to Buddy Guy's Sweet Tea. Buddy's covers of Junior Kimbrough,      T-Model Ford, CeDell Davis and the like are awesome. Jimbo Mathus sitting in on rhythm guitar doesn't hurt!

So what blues are on your system today?

@stuartk...sorry, I lumped Etta in there as a vocalist, but we were talking about guitar women and she did not play the guitar.

I've seen Bonnie numerous times and she does put on a great show!

Can’t believe I left off Howlin Wolf! ..and my mother grew up in West Point, MS.

Savoy Brown played some great modern blues also.

Louisiana blues man Sonny Landreth is amazing; Clifton Chenier was a hub blues man as well as inventing Zydeco; Son Seals (Chicago).

Big Joe Williams used to play my friend’s parties for a bottle of whiskey and smiles from their girlfriends.

Jimmy Thacker (The Nighthawks), Tab Benoit, Jonny Lang, etc.
