What blues are you listening to today?

Blues is by far my favorite and most listened to genre. I don't know how many of us are in here, but I thought a continuing thread of this kind might be of interest. 

I'm listening to Buddy Guy's Sweet Tea. Buddy's covers of Junior Kimbrough,      T-Model Ford, CeDell Davis and the like are awesome. Jimbo Mathus sitting in on rhythm guitar doesn't hurt! 

So what blues are on your system today?

Right now I’m into Mississippi John Hurt and Eric Bibb, both talents of the Blues craft. Give them a listen.

Just last night listen ( at volume!)?to Statesboro Blues & Stormy Monday by the Allman Brothers on Live at the Fillmore East album. How these guys, Dickey Betts & Berry Oakley  so good at such a typing age is baffling!!

Champion Jack Dupree, barrelhouse pianist; Blues From The Gutter, and the three albums on Bullseye Blues from the early 90s are astonishing.
