Solidsteel Racks

Anyone with a Solidsteel Hyperspike HF rack putting anything on the floor under the first platform? I am considering this rack mainly because it has high clearance from the floor. I want to put my Torus RM15 power conditioner under the rack and hide the wires.

If anyone has done something like this, does it look bad when looking at the rack from the front? I like the fact that I can get away with a low height 2 shelf rack if I did not have to put the power conditioner on a shelf on the rack.

I did exactly that with my Solid Steel rack in my office.  I used a Furutech Power Conditioner under the rack, and it looks good and worked out perfectly.  I have a huge McIntosh MA6600 integrated sitting on the top shelf and it fits perfectly.

I only used the two ,I have for storage of my equipment.
