Does America Have Something That Will Beat the HiFi Rose RS151 Gen. 2?

Looking at the Ohm Walsh speakers, I see the "tall" would be the line for me. Recently I auditioned Vandersteen 2Ce speakers not in a room with proper setup, on a 35w Realistic receiver. I thought there might be something there in soundstage, but unwilling to risk a marginal gain. The listening samples I brought were musically better back home.

I see one strength of Walsh is a relaxed sweet spot I really like that idea.

Which version of Walsh might you recommend to frugally appreciate sizable advances in the history of the line, if that makes sense?

As a matter of fact, if you haven’t been overseas recently, Cary Audio does extremely well!  The European and the Asian countries love our products. Hard to see that if you haven’t been to their shows or stores while you have vacationed. If you did, you would be shocked. Just like as a whole, we in this country love products overseas, they love are products from here.  

Any reputable person who is in the surrounding area of New Orleans and want to listen for themselves, let me know.  I may be able to arrange a listening session so that you hear the system for yourself, not some talking points about what can or cannot be.  I don’t discriminate where the products are from. If it is really good and integrate well with the rest of my high end system, then it will be added no matter where it is from.
