Clean polished chrome on my Vintage McIntosh MC275

I’m not sure if you’re saying the prints remained or were removed. Windex is very strong and the ammonia will remove finishes and damage plastic so be careful. I use a light detail spray wax to keep fingerprints at bay. Having owned plexiglass aquariums and motorcycles with custom paint one of my favorites is Brillianize. It’s absolutely fantastic on tv and computer screens too. Be sure to use a high quality microfiber cloth that has not been washed with any fabrics softeners.
