Margules gear??

Anyone own, heard any gear from this company? Out of Mexico.

I'm particularly interested in the Magenta acrh-3 hybrid.

Any insight or opinions will help.

I was supposed to try some of their tube monos a few years back and it never came about.

@decooney

If you were referring to the Rogue Dragon Monoblocks, that is the Rogue product I am aiming at placing under my rack. Like the OP, I have a fair collection of 12au7's that I switch out in my RP-1. My plan is to upgrade to RP-3, but in doing so I discovered the Dragon Monoblocks, a hybrid amplifier that is Class D. So convenient. Kind of bridges the gap between no heat and the ability to change the sound of the amp - using one tube I already have.

In today's world, one is smart to stay local, or at least national. Rogue is located about 45 minutes from where I reside.

@thecarpathian

I am. Are you going to the Radio show? I will be there on Saturday, May 9th.

I have not been to this event before, and I don't really need any more tubes, but I am hoping the prices are less than what I had paid previously.

@goodlistening64 ,

I didn’t know that show existed until recently. Sounds like a great thing to do!

Unfortunately, I can’t go. I’m in Connecticut working. Pick up a pair of Amperex 7316pq's for me.😃

My wife and I make the trip to Kutztown for the terrific area wineries and Amish stuff. Have dinner at Folino’s  vineyards. Wonderful old world Italian fare. Their wines are a bit on the dry side if you partake. For sweeter wines Clover Hill winery is the ticket. Both in Kutztown.

I thought they are made from Greece. They sound terrific.

You are thinking of Tsakaridis Devices. Another company turning out great sounding tube gear.
