Roon Issues - Not able to play certain tracks

I have been running into this issue when Roon is in the radio mode where spontaneously it runs into a track it can’t play. It just sits there trying to play it.
When I go to that album and attempt to manually play that same track on Qobuz the result is the same - it won’t play. Plays other tracks from the albums just fine.
If I go back to Roon radio and skip that track the next song is played no issues.
No such problems with Tidal.

I have rebooted the Roon Nucleus One, rebooted my network, rebooted my DAC.
Even signed out of streaming services and signed back in. No bueno. This is in addition to it being sluggish and requiring an almost daily reboot to maintain sound quality and proper operating speed. Now this…

Anyone else with this problem?

@mclinnguy Tidal is great. Zero issues with performance or sound quality.
See if you can sneak in a free trial. I’d be interested to hear your thoughts on it.

I was not able to get a trial again, but no problem because Tidal said "welcome back" and my login and playlists were still accessible after exactly 3 years, which was nice!

I have zero issues with Tidal, at least it has worked where Qobuz did not. But going back and forth on Sophie Zelmati -Free Now, with Jplay: Qobuz has more air, and grabs a little more high frequency information, whereas Tidal seems a little denser, has more body, or is more saturated. Her extra breathe seems a little better resolved with Qobuz to my ears on this track , but I can see where Tidal may be better on other brighter tracks. I don’t want to pay for both, especially since I am spinning many CD’s all of a sudden, so I’ll probably give it another month and once Qobuz is confirmed to be back on track I will cancel the Tidal.

@mclinnguy I will compare qobuz and tidal on that track. Will let you know. From my experience using both, Tidal sounds more open in my system. It could very well be the streamer. I’m using the network card in the Meitner dac. But I will compare and post my findings with both jplay and roon.

Roon is postponing the big release until April 27. It was supposed to be available today. Happens in the IT world. Hopefully it’s worth the wait

I installed the update on my nucleus one earlier today. App needs to be updated by the way as well.
I noticed better performance. It’s much faster than I remember it. It’s more responsive too. Search is slightly faster. I do not hear any sound quality improvements. At least it’s not worse than it was before.
I need to give it a good listen and compare it with jplay but the initial listen didn’t reveal any bump in sound quality
