Just finished my new listing room (PIC)...

Red Lebanese (the Rose of Lebanon and the hashish that their warriors smoked and/or ingested prior to battle) has also been referred to as "Red Lebanese The Assassin" due to this history.

From personal experience it is some kick ass stuff (and I am also of Lebanese descent).

That's the process of smoking it.

Stick the pin through the cardboard, stick hashish on pin, light it, put glass over it, glass fills with smoke, tilt glass slightly, breathe in smoke. 

@allenf1963 @dekay @thecarpathian - Ah yes, that was a big favorite at college in the early 70's - no filling glasses with smoke in 1971, we just inhaled right off the burning hash. Enjoyed Red Leb a lot but the most intense, powerful one we ever had was Nepalese Finger Hash. That weakened enough knees to send some folks collapsing to the floor. The smell was so strong you almost didn't need to light it. 

@larsman -- By the mid to late 70’s, it seemed to be harder to acquire.  The glass allowed us to use smaller chunks and be thrifty.  Man, those were some heady days (daze).  I never had any from Nepal, but it had a mythical aura about it even into the late 1970's.  Same with true, real, Red Haired Thai Stick.  We called it the "Night Ender" because afterwards, you weren't going anywhere for a while.
