listening volume?

I listen a lot lower now as the systems have enough resolution to enjoy at lower volumes.  Usually 72-77db however when I play Pink Floyd DSOTM, it is always loud, as it was intended to be.

What I read from NIOSH: (National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health) and OSHA establishes permissible exposure limits based on a combination of intensity and duration:

85 dB: damage begins after 8 hours of continuous exposure
88 dB: damage threshold reached in 4 hours
91 dB: 2 hours
94 dB: 1 hour
97 dB: 30 minutes
100 dB: 15 minutes
110 dB: ~2 minutes
120 dB+: essentially immediate risk

60-75dB most of the time for me. 

It depends on my mood and environment.  I listen to mostly classical music and I like to listen realistic volume of the concert.  In other words I used my Apple Watch at a Philadelphia Orchestra concert of a pice I am familiar with and have the CD.  It reached 90db at a crescendo.  I match this at home

120 dB+: essentially immediate risk

I love it when bass heads on other forums boast about their 130dB 10 feet washing machines. They're lying through their teeth. If they weren't they wouldn't be able to enjoy their audio, have mental related issues and wouldn't be preoccupied typing on the forum. What a waste of money.
