Speaker cables for Ayre gear with KEF speakers

My setup is Ayre DX-5 disc player, QX-5 Twenty DAC, AX-5 Twenty integrated amp with KEF Reference 1 speakers.  I'm looking for 12' cables.  Charley Hansen recommended Cardas Clear Sky for use with his amps.  Is that still a good choice?

I know that KEF uses wire from Chord inside the Reference & Blade speakers. No clue what actual gauge or construction.

I'm using some older HiDiamond Speaker Cables. I really like the HiDiamond copper. They're worth looking at.

@dbphd  be aware that speaker cable that have a high capacitance can cause solid state high current designs to oscillate, sometime to the point of failure.

An acquaintance damaged his Ayre amp this way.using high capacitance cables.
