An all vintage system

Got to thinking, if I could just will it into existence, how grand would it be to have a JBL Paragon, Thorens TD124/SME 3009/ADC, Marantz 7, Marantz 8B, Marantz 10B

Is there any set up you would will into existence?

It was unplanned.....I didn’t foresee my current system when I started in 1982, but my amps were born in 1961 and 1964 respectively, and the preamp and speakers were in new in the late 80s.  I’ve been working on the same system for so long, all the basics are vintage!  I do keep it as updated as I can, and it keeps sounding better to me and makes me happy, so I just keep going with it.

Vintage systems really don’t appeal to me due to SQ limitations and maintenance issues. Components such as Reel To Reel/Cassette Decks and Tuners do peak my interest considering very few high quality units are currently being manufactured. FWIW the aesthetics of some these units can be very alluring...Pioneer CT-F1250/Yamaha CT-7000/Revox PR-99 and most vintage Marantz and Tandberg components!

Cool, the oscilloscope is actually useful! I figured it was primarily to look cool...cuz it sure does... as I remember pictured in Playboy.
