I’m interested in getting a new Denafrips DAC

Being a ex dealer. 2 things , customer service support in China Horrible 

since the last 2 managers left , Tariffs suck, and repair center where ? 
in TX , no comment , dependability in service matters , find out the answer and let others know . I only  quit last year because of this !!

When all was said and done (several weeks), Todd was the fellow who fixed my DAC.  Nice guy.

the guy you’re looking for responded in the post his name is audioman58. He is no longer a distributor for them. He left because lack of ability to repair for his customers and china customer service sucks
