For Your Enjoyment Of A Device That Can End All Of The Problems With Audio.

Here is a Link since I can’t post a PDF. There are other links that will take you to more fun about this item in  this link.  This Is a Document from a company called "Rane" They no longer make Pro Audio gear But during their heydays they had many young engineers working at there facility.

Some got together and created one of there tech spec sheets that was included with there equipment know as "Rane Notes" There was never a piece of equipment as described in this tech note. It was there way of having fun in the office.

Some people actually thought there was a unit like this as it was included in there master rane note catalog.

It was just for S&G. 

When you read it ..Read it thoroughly and also follow the Block Diagram of the unit..It is very funny. Being in the pro Audio business at the time I was paid a visit from the factory Rane Rep on his tour for sales. He handed me the sheet on the "PSEUDOACOUSTIC INFECTOR". For a second ..just for a second I thought it was for real. I had a Good laugh after I read all the way through. I hope you enjoy reading and Commenting on your Favorite part.

Some of us Boomer audiophiles are progressives, some are MAGAs. Can we all just enjoy our collective obsession in peace? 

Despite the grammatical errors, I appreciate the initial post. I'm thinking of enlarging the picture of the back panel and hanging a print of it over my system.

Thanks.  I needed a good laugh. There are so many nuggets here I’m going to read it a second time, just in case I missed something the first time.  After all, it has the Agency Approval of Good Housekeeping.

Thanks, I posted this as it has always made me laugh. Most important is to read the tech spec in each column. They are hilarious. Those are in the PDF links in the main link.  Since we have a great bunch of well opinionated people here, I figure a little levity was a good thing.

One of the reasons it makes me laugh is that a person with No Audio Knowledge who reads that would think it is the top of the line audio product.

Because of that, the Audiophile can see right thru the BS which is the laugh.

I did have one occasion to meet one of the young authors of the article at the AES Show in NY years ago. We both had a good laugh.

I hope the Membership Enjoys the diversion,

It's ok to be disapproving of certain government actions and decisions, but perhaps you could be a little more respectful about traditions and sacrifices that you perhaps have no knowledge of.
