Any Ladder Bach/Chopin preamp owners here?

Seen a few reviews on the Ladder preamps and in particular the Bach model. They just came out with the Bach 2 and was just wondering if there are any owners of the original Bach or even the Chopin preamps. Haven’t seen very many personal owner reviews or comments so just hoping to hear from those that have had one in their system.

Thanks for any info or thoughts you can share.

Look into Schiit Saga 2.  It also has Class A output stage, zero feedback, fully discrete w/ LPS.  But it has low/high gain beyond Ladder and alike, offering greater flexibility pairing with amp (although the best noise ratio is in Low gain).  Sound is rich, sweet and transparent.  SS is very good, preserving what it should reserve from the original recording.  Tonal wise I would say warm side of neutral too but ymmv.

Check out the latest you tube video at IIWI.  He reviews the Ladder Bach2, and compares to the original.  One of my favorite reviewers.

@lanx0003 I haven't heard the Ladder/Musician/Denafrips models to compare, but I agree the Saga 2 is a beautiful sounding device. Very useful with the options it has, and a great value.

I think you won’t be disappointed with either one, @996turbo911.  Right now almost every noteworthy preamp / dac is doing more linear class A output stage without or with low feedback.  Your choice might be system dependent (synergy).  btw, just of now, it is found Bach 2 is on sale right on this particular on-line store...
