I received a shipping notice(actually just a creation of a label) from Vivatubes on Monday at 9:26am. They have yet to give the package to the post office. Has anyone had issues with this company
Viva is a first rate seller. Shipments have always been immediate for me, have never had a problem with communication, and on occasion when there was a warranty issue, it was handled immediately as well.
I ordered a Linlai tube from Viva and it took about two weeks but no complaints here. JFYI, post offices along the east coast, especially NYC, take an absurd amount of time.
