Country Joe McDonald

Sorry to see of his passing at just 84 years old. Definitely a standout member of the San Francisco scene in the 1960’s.

BTW, he was from the Berkeley scene across the Bay, not San Francisco, per se.

That’s a show I never heard about, but you can learn a bit about it on this incredible site that the user also shared. It’s a great resource.
