The website probably not up to date. I had my LHC-206 upgraded to mkII version in June of 2023, when the upgrade first became available. At that time, Herve offered the following description:
- New streamer/DAC platform, with enhanced sonic performances and Roon ready capabilities
- Line level RCA and BNC outputs
- Much better sound globally (both digital and analog) thanks to significant RFI noise reduction in the housing
Cost at that time was approx $3,200, excluding freight to and from the US and Switzerland. Since I use a separate streamer and DAC (Innuos Zenith MK3/Aqua Formula mkII) and don't use RCA or BNC, the only benefit to me was in the sound improvements, which were subtle. The sound before and after MKII is the most organic sound I've ever heard on any integrated. It's a forever amp for me.
