Looking for a well matched Preamp. Pls advise!

Currently using my Marantz as my preamp. No longer needing for surround etc. 
my current equipment is :
Adcom GFA555ms
KEF LS50 50th anniversary. 
MHTD Orchid tube dac(used for streaming Roon).
Oppo BDP105. (Occasionally for CD transport)
SVS PB12-NSD Sub
Victrola Carbon with Ortofon blue

So I’m looking to replace the Marantz with a proper Preamp. Need to drive the sub as well as a Phono amp(in case I move on from the Victrola)

Looking for suggestions! TIA

@gelle  I used a marantz SR7007 as a preamp with my Krell ksa 300s amplifier for about 3 weeks, I couldn't stand the sound.  I bought a space tech lab tube preamp for $700 and the sound was so much better, it was way too bright sounding with the marantz.  The tube preamp kept the details, but lost the brightness, and has a more 3 dimensional sound.

Based on your system and its costs I would go with the Emotiva PT1 or PT2 preamp. One thing that that it has is sound quality and features. Why these preamps you might ask, because they have switching power supplies which are done right. Emotiva calls them high performance preamps. Look into to it, lots of excellent reviews.
