Monitor Audio Service - Most excellent

We often complain but rarely praise.  I have some now vintage Monitor Audio Radius tower speakers.  Recently while reorganizing the living room/HT one of them fell face forward, utterly destroying one of the 4" mid-woofers.

I was sure that e-bay and finding a donor speaker would be my only option but the MA - UK team responded to my e-mails within a business day and pointed me to the Canadian distributor who very quickly gave me a very reasonable price ($87 including shipping) and recommended the correct replacement part. 

I have to say I’m really impressed, I was pretty sure I was either going to throw the speakers away or pick through e-bay listings to find them.  

FYI, if I wasn't such a DIYer and had to purchase speakers, Monitor Audio has always been on my short list.
