Running around the wife, I Wish the cost difference was close, but I don't think I'm going to get much for a 20yo 14BSST with a pop. Though I might be able to find a used 14B3 if I wait long enough.

At the same time, have you heard the class 4 Brystons? Im not looking now, but at some point was wondering if its worth changing the 6BSST I have (center and rears)? I have the MCS1 for center and 2.4 for my back channels. Can't really complain with the 6BSST.

I have not heard the Class4 Bryston's, and would be afraid to. Their upgrades are usually significant, and that would cause another buying spree....

With regard to the 6BSST, you save lots of money by having a single vs. multiple chassis. I have not auditioned it vs. stereo models, however when I recommended it to a friend of mine, he was blown away vs. the Classe' amps he had.

Thank You for the follow up on Stealth Audio cabling. Once you have the room expansion completed, keep me posted. Second, if you enjoy Stealth Audio 's house sound move up the chain or tier. Place their best Interconnect (IC) between your pre-amp and source.
