Recommendations for Relaxation/Fall asleep music ?

I came across handpan music by Malte Marten recently. Had not heard of him before. I’m assuming he is on Tidal. Though, he is on Qobuz.

No caffeine after noon it has a 12 hour half life in some people. Benadryl and melatonin at bedtime. If it's really disruptive see your doctor make sure no sleep apnea and ask about ambien.sleep music is good and there are some great suggestions on here. Stay healthy.

I often have to try to NOT fall asleep when listening to music…..

I think it’s true with Vangelis works. Many people have tried to imitate him, but you always know what is true Vangelis when you hear it.

Not an album, but I have found an app at the Apple Store--and it may be available at the equivalent Android store--that works quite well; the app is named "Moongate."  I have found it necessary as I spent 30 years IN the Army and nearly 11 years working FOR the Army, as both an Infantry and Military Intelligence Officer.  When, at my advanced age, I wake up in the middle of the night, my mind automatically goes to what is going on in the world and what does or does not make sense.  Moongate helps me get past that with a combination of musical tones and soft background music.  I listen with a set of Audeze headphones through my Schiit Jotunheim headphone amp, with my iPad Pro as the source.  It usually works for me.  Moongate.
